Our Services

Care for every surface of your home.

A power washer is a tool — not a strategy. We pick the right method for each part of your home so you get clean results without damage. Here's what we do, and how.

01 / Soft Washing

Gentle on your home, tough on growth.

Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI — about the strength of a garden hose) combined with biodegradable, plant-safe cleaning solutions. The chemistry does the heavy lifting, not the pressure.

This is the right method for siding, roofs, stucco, and any surface where high pressure could force water behind cladding, strip paint, or damage shingles. It also actually kills algae and mildew at the root rather than just blasting it off the surface — meaning your home stays cleaner, longer.

  • Vinyl, wood clapboard, cedar shake, and fiber cement siding
  • Asphalt shingle roof treatment for black streaks and moss
  • Stucco, EIFS, and painted exteriors
  • Window frames, screens, shutters, and trim
  • Soffits, fascia, and gutter exteriors
02 / Power Washing

Restoring hard surfaces to like-new.

When the surface can take it, pressure washing is unmatched. We use commercial-grade equipment with adjustable pressure and surface cleaners — the rotating disc tool that gives concrete and pavers a uniform, streak-free finish.

We treat oil stains, rust, gum, and embedded dirt as separate problems with separate solutions, not one big blast. The result is hardscape that looks fresh — without etched concrete or stripped paver sand.

  • Concrete driveways, sidewalks, and garage floors
  • Bluestone, slate, and natural stone walkways
  • Brick and clay paver patios (with re-sanding available)
  • Wood and composite decks
  • Pool surrounds, fences, and retaining walls
03 / Whole Home Package

The full treatment — one visit.

Most homeowners book us once a year for everything. The whole-home package combines soft washing of the siding and roof with power washing of all hard surfaces — at a better rate than booking each individually.

We typically need a full day on site. You'll come home to a house that looks five years younger.

  • Complete exterior soft wash (siding, soffits, gutters)
  • Roof treatment for streaks and moss
  • Driveway and walkway power wash
  • Deck or patio power wash
  • Window screen rinse

Common Questions

What you should know.

How long does it take?

A typical driveway takes 1–2 hours. Whole-home soft wash, 3–5 hours depending on square footage. Full packages usually run a single full day.

Will it hurt my plants?

No. We pre-water landscaping before we start, use plant-safe cleaning solutions, and rinse thoroughly after. We've never lost a plant on a job.

Do I need to be home?

Not if we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas you want cleaned. Many of our regulars schedule us while they're at work.

How often should I have this done?

Most homes benefit from annual soft washing — usually spring or early summer. Driveways and decks typically every 1–2 years.

What about my windows?

We rinse window screens and exterior frames as part of soft washing. We don't do interior or detail window cleaning — happy to refer you to someone who specializes.
